Hi,

My name is Joe Talarico and I am a Real Estate Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Talarico Real Estate.  I have lived in the area most of my life, but lived in Fredericksburg, Virginia and Westchester County New York for several years.  I have two children.  Peter is at Rochester Institute of Technology and Anna just finished high school. 

The goal of my 15+ years of real estate is to serve all clients with loyalty, provide superior information and give an exceptional service experience for your residental real estate needs.  Always making sure that advice is delivered truthfully and in your best interests.

I have obtained the designation of GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute).  This designation has added to my professionalism in the real estate business and make sure that I provide the best knowledge and resources for clients and customers.
